DECEMBER 1, 2009: Ross, Sinclaire & Associates, LLC ("RSA") is pleased to announce the relocation of its Frankfort, Kentucky office to downtown Lexington, Kentucky. The move will take place on December 1st. The local Public Finance powerhouse has executed a long-term lease agreement with the new location positioned at the corner of Main Street and Broadway in Triangle Center. RSA's presence will be felt immediately and solidifies their commitment to the Central Business District.
